How do I become a VIP Member?
You do not have to do anything. Place an order — as a guest is perfectly fine — and you are a VIP Member. There is no form, no fee and no password to create.
I checked out as a guest — am I still a VIP Member?
Yes. Your order created an account under the email you gave at checkout, and that is what the discount recognises. Use the same email next time and it will work.
How do I use my VIP discount?
Enter the code VIPMEMBER in the discount box at checkout. It takes 5% off any order over RM30, up to a maximum of RM5.
The code says it is not valid — why?
Almost always it is the email. The discount recognises you by the email address you ordered with, so use that same one at checkout. It also needs an order over RM30, and it can be used once per member.
Can I use it more than once?
The VIP discount is one use per member. We do run other promotions through the year, and the easiest way to hear about them first is to be on our list.
Can I share the code with a friend?
You can pass it on, but it only works for customers who have ordered from us before — so a friend would need to place their first order first. Then it is theirs to use too.
