Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next working day. During sale periods and festive seasons processing may take a little longer.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the value of your order. You will see the exact shipping fee, and whether your order qualifies for free shipping, before you pay.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:

West Malaysia: 2 to 5 working days
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan): 5 to 10 working days

These are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delivery can take longer during peak periods, public holidays or bad weather, or in rural and outlying areas.

Couriers

We ship with established Malaysian courier services. The courier used for your order depends on your delivery area and is chosen at our discretion.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active on the courier's system.

Delivery addresses

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are complete and correct at checkout. Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's handling and schedule.

Failed deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery attempts were unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further shipping charge may apply.

International orders

We currently ship within Malaysia only.
