Terms of Service

This website is operated by ViVid HAIR. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Your account

Please give accurate and complete information when you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

2. Orders

  • All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
  • We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
  • Orders cannot be amended once they have been dispatched.
  • We aim to respond to enquiries and payment verifications within 1 to 2 working days.

3. Delivery

Delivery times, shipping fees and courier arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy. Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery is subject to their handling and schedule.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed hair colour and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Product images and colour results

Product photographs are for illustration. Colours may appear slightly different from one screen to another.

Hair colour results vary from person to person. The shade you end up with depends on your natural hair colour, your hair's texture and condition, how much grey you have, and any previous colouring, bleaching, perming or other chemical treatment. The shades shown on our product pages and swatches are a guide, not a guarantee of the result on your hair. A different result is not a product fault.

6. Patch test and safe use

Always do a patch test 48 hours before every application, including if you have used the product before. Follow the instructions supplied with the product.

  • Do not use on a scalp that is irritated, broken or sensitive.
  • Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you get irritation, itching, swelling or a rash.
  • Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or know you are allergic to hair colourants or any of their ingredients, speak to a medical professional before use.

So far as the law allows, we are not responsible for a reaction that results from not doing a patch test or not following the product instructions.

7. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, images, logos and product photography, belongs to ViVid HAIR and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
